The scoop of your protection is depending on the registered goods and services. It is therefore important to determine the goods and services for which the trademark is to be used. Only then the protection will suit its purpose. If the trademark is registered for goods and services for which it is not used there is also a risk for cancellation claims.

Please be aware that there is a delay in the systems. In “PRV varumärkesregistret”, “PVS-online” and “Madrid Express” you can not see trademark applications but only registrations.
