E-mail backup − What happens to your e-mail if your mail server or connection goes down?

We have a service that safeguards traffic in the event of operational disturbances and provides interim information storage 24/7 to ensure that nothing is lost.

If your e-mail server is not available because of an operational stoppage or a broken cable, our platform takes care of a message when it arrives and stores the information on secure and stable servers. As soon as the company’s e-mail server connects to the Internet again, all e-mails are transferred there.

Time periods
When an e-mail reaches the backup servers it is stored for seven days before being removed, and the sender is notified that it could not be delivered.

Access to e-mail in interim storage
When an operational disturbance is long and you need to access your information immediately, we can set up an account from which you can download all the information in interim storage using any e-mail client. This service functions regardless of whether you have your own name servers, whether you are with us or another operator.
