File backup

E-mail and important documents are stored locally on computers or small file servers, and when they are backed up they are usually stored on the same premises. When recovery is necessary the requisite version of the file may not be available any more, thus creating problems.

Our File Backup service connects up to your local file server every night and creates a backup, which is stored in our secure data centre. The choice of how far back you want backup is up to you.
In the event of recovery you can choose to have the whole file system or a single file recovered, the aim being to make things simple.
